Often these Consultations lead to Mentorship or a Treatment Plan if that’s what you feel you need, however nothing is obligatory. RESCHEDULING giving LESS THAN 24hrs notice: 100% of treatment cost is due & an invoice shall be sent for immediate payment: Payments for emergencies & genuine ill health may have the 50% credit applied to your rescheduled appointment if it’s within a four week period … RE-BOOKING AFTER A NO SHOW or REPEATED LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION or RESCHEDULE: Pre-payment in full upon booking with no refund available if another cancellation/reschedule occurs … PLANS are valid from Date of Purchase until either chosen plan length of 3, 6 or 10 months onwards to same date - no extensions permitted … THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING; we value your business and value you as our client
